Annie Edgar – Managing Director

Having successfully set up, built and sold a property business in the 90s, Annie moved into her real passion – careers guidance. She worked as a regional director with the Cambridge Occupational Analysts, a leading careers adviser in the independent schools sector, before pursuing her next dream – the setting up of a graduate careers consultancy.

Married with three children Annie has had a wealth of both personal and professional experience of the challenges facing young graduates today.

Marianne Fryer – Head of Consultancy

After graduating in 1996, Marianne worked in recruitment and human resources. She has ten years experience, over five of which were in Deloitte as an HR Manager. Throughout she has had responsibility for the recruitment and development of graduates. Since leaving Deloitte, Marianne has been involved in recruitment and training for a number of companies including Freshfields law firm, BT, GlaxoSmithKline and Raleigh International, a youth development charity before becoming involved in the creation of Future Prospect.

Marianne has been passionate about careers and job hunting since she started working. She is now delighted to be able to use her experience of being on the other side of the desk as well as her own journey of pursuing her ambitions to help other young people with their futures.
