Meeting a career professional is an ideal opportunity to carry out a fitness check on your career plans. Workplace Personality Assessment

Our psychometric tool (the Birkman Method) is a highly evolved and sophisticated assessment that identifies not only career ‘fit’ but also the working culture, size and environment most likely to bring you a high level of job satisfaction. It takes about 30 minutes to fill in online and the results are delivered in a detailed face-to-face debrief by a trained practitioner in the Future Prospect offices.
